| | | | The yacht is 40ft overall in size, 2 heads, 2 showers, aft cabin has a full size bed, it has cable, the head has a separate shower, the berth cabin has a bed and stand up area with a privacy door. the galley has a fold out couch and an entertainment center. it has an equipt kitchen with appliances such as oven, stove, refrigerator and microwave, there is also a booth that folds into a bed.
It also has a flying bridge, also a dinghy with 7 hp motor, the boat is currently in a covered slip at Colonial Beach, VA.
It has 450 hours and is a 1997 with twin 454 gas engines and 2 heat and air systems.
