1998 Carver 530 Voyager.
A US Coast Guard registered vessel.
Coast Guard inspected in good order every year, Boat always kept in heated storage, Service maintained by original service manager who assembled boat at delivery, Cleaned and waxed every year, All equipment manuals are included and are in good order, Boat and engines surveyed 2007 in fine shape, And it is now in even better shape, totally ready to entertain and travel!
This European styled raised pilothouse yacht was introduced in 1998 and offered a very impressive mix of comfort, style and performance, Her spacious three stateroom interior layout includes a large galley, wraparound dinette and space-age helm forward, a full beam owner’s stateroom and a luxurious VIP cabin, Careful consideration was given to the color coordinated fabrics, carpet and accents, These features combine with her cherry wood interior provides a casual yet sophisticated aura throughout the vessel, There is nearly seven feet of headroom in the main salon and she invites everyone on board to sit in her adjustable pilothouse helm seat that features joystick steering, Take note of the interior bridge access to the upper deck from the pilothouse, the large engine room, spacious flybridge, and tender davit system, This vessel rides on a modified V-hull with a 13 degree deadrise aft,
You will feel the turbo chargers kick in about 1600 RPM as the speed builds to 32-33 knots at flank speed, yet it only sips fuel at displacement speeds of 8-10 knots.
Starting in the bow in the guest stateroom, we face aft and see the private head access for the guest stateroom, On the starboard side we enter the hallway and immediately see the bunk stateroom access to port, Further aft, the master stateroom access is to port, The master stateroom displays separate head and shower/tub compartments with an aesthetically pleasing vanity area between them and a 32" LCD flat screen TV.
Across the hallway from the master access is the hallway entry to the guest head, We now ascend a circular six step staircase to the pilothouse, The helm and interior flybridge access is to port and vessel entry to starboard, A companionway will take us further aft and down to the galley (off to port) and main salon, The main salon will most likely be the hub of most activity with its 37" LCD flat screen TV, The salon is spacious and carefully laid out.
A breakfast bar is cleverly built into the galley countertop system, A sliding glass door will lead us to the fully enclosed aft cockpit and through a transom door to the swim platform, There is also additional flybridge access from the aft cockpit, The flybridge is exceptionally large and can easily entertain a party of 8.
A stainless steel propane grill and other amenities provide the perfect party atmosphere.

ENGINE ROOM.
Twin 610 HP Volvo-Penta turbo diesel engines, model TAMD 122P, 12 liters, 500 hours each, EDC electronic controls, engine synch system, Spare fuel injector, oil/fuel filters, v-belts in stores,
Four 8D engine starter batteries (new 2010/2011) with dedicated built in C-Charger 5000 series 24v 20 amp charger, 800 gallon fuel capacity (2 aluminum tanks), 200 gallon fresh water capacity (2 tanks), 20 gallon 110v water heater (new 2011), Two 50-gallon holding tanks, one for each head, 12v Shur-flo fresh water pump with pressure tank, Two Raycor main engine fuel water separators, with drain petcocks, Raycor fuel water separator for generator engine, Groco seacocks/strainer for each main engine, HVAC pump, and generator, Dripless, water cooled prop shaft seals, Two 1500 GPH Rule bilge pumps with float switches, Glendenning cable retriever for aft 50 amp power cable, 50 amp smart "Y" (2 30 amp lines plug to 1 50 amp line), spare cables/connectors, Two 8D house batteries with dedicated built in Heart Interface 110v inverter/charger, Five battery shut off switches, 12v breaker panel, 13.5 Kw Kohler diesel generator (265 hours) with dedicated group 31 starter battery (new 2010), and dedicated built in 20 amp charger.
Generator contained in sound-proof enclosure, Built in 12v oil change pump system for engines and generator, Sea-Fire automatic Halon fire suppression system right sized to 1500 c.f. (new 2007), Bennett electric/hydraulic trim tab actuator, 40” trim tabs on transom, Panasonic engine compartment camera (monitor located at lower helm), 24” four-blade props scanned and tuned by Prop-Scan in 2011, Marine Air HVAC central water pump (rebuilt 2008), which feeds 4 reverse cycle HVAC units, Full area recessed overhead halogen lighting throughout engine room, Ample storage room and working space in engine room.

FRONT DECK.
