Description:
“Caribbean Dreamin” is in excellent condition and meticulously maintained, She is a cruiser that also likes to race, She has a wing keel to reduce concerns of grounding, The Catalina 320 is light on the helm, and tracks well under sail or power.
Regardless of whether you are under sail, dockside or anchored you will have a delightful time on this sailboat.
She is presently in a prime slip at Silverlake Marina on Lake Grapevine with slip rental paid through June 2013.

Exterior gear: Roller-furling 155% genoa and 135% jib, Asymetrical spinnaker with chute, 2-way Lewmar winches, winch handles, electric anchor windlass, grill; leather covered wheel, pedestal with instrumentation, depth, wind speed/direction, boat speed, dock lines and bumpers.
