NOTES:
This is a very very orderly 240 with a 5.0 V-8 motor with dual prop out drive.
It is loaded with features and is ready to go.
It is a very spacious boat, with a center fold down seat that makes into a sun pad.
The upholstery is in perfect condition.
The boat comes with a cockpit cover and a full delta canvas and isinglass enclosure for running in the inclement weather.
The boat also has a windshield wiper.
It has a pressurized water system with a water heater to operate the sink in the cabin and head also, a transom shower with hot and cold water, a perko on/off switch for both batteries as well as a built in battery charger when shore power is plugged in.
The cabin is spacious with a nice clean v berth and a mid cabin berth as well.
It will sleep 4 comfortably.
The galley has a microwave that has never been used, a single burner electric stove and a refrigerator.
The head is large and has a sink and shower.
