The aft head has a shower with 1/2 sized bath tub!!

The salon couch has been recently recovered and can be used as a 3rd bed when folded out.
The refrigerator is about 2 years old and works perfectly.
The aft bedroom has a new airconditioner with a new portable a/c unit for the main salon (no need to clean filters!!)
We have put a new 10 Avon with a 15 HP Yamaha with electric start on the davits.
It is a beautiful boat, in the much desired St Pete municipal marina. "WOOF" is a beautiful 381 that is in the process of being restored to its full beauty.
It is VERY livable now, and in a wonderful location that has a 4 year waiting list for slip!
UPDATE THE RIGHT ENGINE IS NOW FIXED!!
We have put in a rebuilt engine that has ZERO hours on the starboard side.
The new PRICE is reflective of the market and the NEW $10,000 engine!!!
