$45,900-Located in Norfolk, Virginia this is an excellent boat for a liveaboard or cruiser.
A classic William Tripp design, this boat has lots of storage and a very wide beam but it is not as slow as some might claim.
This boat has been loved by the same owner for 23 years but has rarely been sailed.
The interior is mostly teak and finished glass.
There is a lot of custom woodwork and the sails have barely been used--this is a lot of boat for the money!
THE DETAILS: Most of the sails are in very good condition.
Includes: cruising chute with sock, 160 degree genoa, 100 degree working jib, storm jib, main, mizzen, mizzen staysail, mule, Edson davits, lazy jacks on main and mizzen, Hood roller furling system, Perkins 4-236 hp engine, Onan 7.5 kW generator, twin 120 gallon fuel tanks, twin 120 gallon water tanks, 12 gallon AC hot water heater with engine coolant heat exchanger, full walk in shower, full center cockpit enclosure, Standard Horizon VHF radio, 12V stereo with 6 cd changer, 2 marine heads, Force 10 propane grill, U-Line icemaker, Kenmore microwave, Farberware commercial convection oven, 2 burner electric/alcohol stove, 2 30 amp shore power services, 2 gel battery banks, Raytheon combo depth/knot log temperature unit, 2 reverse cycle heat pumps-16,000 BTU and 10,000 BTU, 120V 35,000 BTU compressor refrigerator/freezer.
