This is the third of three of this Concordia degnined motorsailer.
Bud McIntosh built this boat in 1962. 50' LOA and 40' LOD provides plenty of space to use this motorsailer as a liveaboard or as a cruiser.
Boat was completely stripped from boot stripe to keel, re-seamed, red leaded and reapplied two coats of hard bottom paint and one coat of ablative bottom paint.
Boat has been maintained every other year with one coat of ablative bottom paint.
Yearly maintence above boot stripe, topsides and below decks including new paint as needed.
