Great cabin with Air conditioning and Heat, toilet, shower, sink, TV, microwave, electric stove, couch, 2 sleeping quarters (one larger sleeping quarters and an additional sleeping area with a queen size bed that easily accommodates 2/3 people), easily sleeps 6/7 people, lots of room and like new (the cabin has basically never been used)
Exceptionally well maintained, all required annual maintenance completed as well as any suggested maintenance at the marinas request and the boat is always winterized, shrink-wrapped and pulled out of the water at summer's end
