| | | | The two current owners of this boat bought it at the end of the 2003 season.
During the following 4 seasons, the boat was used perhaps 6 times a seasons w/ only 2 trips to BI (12 miles) over the whole ownership.
The previous owner was very elderly and for the last # of years he had the boat, it didn't leave his mooring - he just sat out there enjoying being on the water.
So, at least as far back as 12 years or more, this boat has seen little action (which is one reason it's being sold).
Built by Spirit Yachts of Austin, TX, 1981, designed by Finch & Blackwell; hull ID#: CTYL3903M781; displacement 6900 lbs; ballast 2900 lbs; shoal keel w/ 3' 6" draft.
Tiller; 3 sails: main, jib and genoa (roller furling on foresail); good size head w/almost new manual toilet w/ holding tank; head has a hand wash basin which could accommodate a shower install; alcohol stove in galley; fold-up dinette table in galley; quarter berth can sleep two, as can the v-berth; other berth sleeps one; 3 sails, 2 batteries, 3 winches, 2 sinks. 110 shore power, depth sounder; am-fm cassette radio; vhf radio, Loran.
