DESCRIPTION:
TYPE- Cutter Rig Pilothouse Sailboat (Rigged as
Sloop at present time) A mahogany and fiber glassed plywood custom built
Pilothouse was installed in 1989.
REGISTRY- State Registry
in Puerto Rico numbered PR 2502 HH.
SAILS- Fully battened main by
Johnson Sails with Dutchman system; fully battened self tacking jib by
Johnson Sails.
ENGINE- Izuzu 60 HP diesel inboard, Hurth transmission with 2:1 reduction gear installed in 1990.
GENERATOR- TDEC 750 with NEWAGE 7.5KW and Izuzu 3LB1 1800 RPM engine.
RADIO- VHF Standard, Model Horizon Eclipse + with masthead antenna.
BERTHS- Two in master compartment aft; two in forward Vee; two when dinette is
converted.
HEADS- One in master compartment; one in main cabin
(holding tank not installed).
AC- Two Quorum Marine 16,500 BTU Ocean Breeze marine air conditioner units (cool or heat).
FUEL- 190 gls in two tanks (160 gls in tank molded under aft cabin bunk; 30 gls in steel tank next to engine room).
WATER- 125 gls in tank molded under forward cabin berth.
OTHER ACCESSORIES-
a- 100' of 1/2" chain on starboard bow roller.
b- 40# Danforth Hooker with 10' of 1/2" chain and 150' of 1" nylon line on port bow roller.
c- 3000# manual two speed double crank anchor windlass.
d- 2 battery house bank with 800W Inverter.
e- Two solar panels installed on top of pilothouse (not mounted at this
time); wind charger that is hoisted on the mast when at anchor (not
mounted).
f- Three 12 VDC fans.
g- 3" Aluminum Boom for self-tacking jib.
h- Autopilot i- Built-in top loading Refrigerator with 5"
insulation and 12VDC Frigomatic compressor with keel cooled thru hull
condenser.
j- Built-in Freezer wit 6" insulation (no compressor installed at the present time).
k- SITEC GPS with chart for Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (not working).
l- Furuno Radar 16 mile (needs repair).
m- Pressure water system.
n- No stove installed at this time.
Boat has not been sailed outside of local waters for more than ten years
