Accomodations & Layout- sleeps 6 owners and guests in 3 staterooms.
The master stateroom is forward with double bed.
There are 2 guest staterooms including 1 guest head and 1 guest shower.

Starboard hull- Forward and over the bridge deck is the full double masters cabin and private dressing room with vanity unit and hanging locker forward.
Aft to the galley amidships.
Aft to rear double cabin.
Port Hull-Forward is the fully moulded wipe down head with washbasin with fresh and sea water manual pumps, electric pumpout shower sump, storage cabinet, wet locker, and marine toilet with holding tank and pumpout.
Aft to the navigation station featuring a full size pullout chart table with chart stowage, storage shelves under the table, folding seat, chart table light, electric panel and radios.
Further aft to rear double cabin.
Bridge Deck-Dinette table forward with drop leaf and bench seats on either side.
Out to spacious cockpit and aft deck.
The interior decor is American cherry with teak trim and features good exterior visibility.
The overheads and sides are white padded vinyl.
The soles are carpet and vinyl tile.
The effect is warm and homey.
Galley- Galley down, icebox, Force 10 2 burner propane stove, manual water system.
The stove has an oven.
The galley further features a sink with fresh water foot pump, in cabinet waste basket, ample counter space, storage cabinets and shelves.

The electrical system while simplified for extended cruising, features a 130 amp alternator with ample power company 3 step battery charger and electrical system monitor, 2 -130 AH gel cell main batteries and 1-80 AH engine start 6 battery.
Two 50 watt Sieman solar panels maintain the battery charges.

Other Features: The typical Prout construction gives strength by one piece hull and deck mouldings bonded together and by the bulkhead locations.
There are reinforced stress points in the hulls, bridgedeck and nacelle which is a one piece moulding incorporating Bi directional woving Matts isophtalic Gel Coats.
The one piece moulded deck is reinforced with balsa sandwich to give stiffness where required and is also reinforced at the chainplates and other areas which carry fittings.
All interior furnishings are designed to complete a homeycomb type of structure.
All pieces are bonded into the hull deck assembly to serve the dual purposes of function and strength.
There are in built buoyancy compartments both forward and aft in each hull and the water tanks form a double bottom system, giving buoyancy should be holed.
From the proud and proven Prout line, Solstice is a very clean, recent, well and sensibly equipped cruiser with transoceanic capability.
