PS:she is 80% renovated to mint, [mint value $250,000-$350,000, but no expensive problems left to be paid for before being ready to sail to Tahiti I'll work with, help make sure the buyer is able to safely sail her across the pacific I would
myself but I'm out of money I spent $70,000 on her so far that's
equivalent to $350,000 if done in California at their prices.

survey in "86" $195,000 then in terrible shape value today up to $350,000
what the original owner paid for her in 1972 with all Paul Luke
winches, stoves, fireplace and best of Franz Mass' woodworking. it's a centerboarder 9 ft with board down
