1988 17’ Sunbird sport boat cuddy for sale with a 200 HP Johnson.
In good condition and ready for the water.
This boat has had work done on it to have it water ready over the past 2 years!
New Seats, carpets, engine rebuilt, new UHF radio, new depth / fish finder (just needs last wire attached), trailer re-wired and new tires just put on it in summer 2012.
Coast guard inspected in summer of 2011 and no issues.
I’m not a boat pro and do not live close to the water, so this was not a smart purchase for me.
It was too much to handle for day trips to the water trailering.
It is fast in the water and I’m sure someone that has more boat knowledge and can do a little more fine tuning, it would be even faster.
The boat didn’t make it to the water in 2012 due to various reasons- health, work, family, and distance to the water, and it doesn’t make sense for me to keep it, so it’s up for sale.
Everything that you need to go boating comes with the boat- life preservers, bumpers, etc.
With a little TLC, this boat will give you lots of fun on the water including speed, tubing, and fishing!
